Troubleshooting & repair
Dead outlets, flickering circuits, nuisance-tripping breakers, mystery switches. The $89 diagnostic is credited to the repair, and we chase the cause — loose neutrals and backstabbed outlets don't hide from a methodical trace.

Panel upgrades
100A to 200A capacity, modern AFCI/GFCI protection, and retirement for the panels insurance carriers flag — Federal Pacific and Zinsco owners, you know who you are. Permitted, inspected, every lug torqued to spec and marked.

EV chargers
Level 2 charging sized to your panel's actual spare capacity — measured, not guessed. If your panel can't take it, you'll know before we quote, with both paths priced.

Recessed conversions, under-cabinet runs, exterior security lighting, and ceiling fans hung from real fan-rated boxes — not the lick of drywall the last guy used.

Whole-home standby or essential-circuits backup, sized to what you actually need running when the grid quits. Free in-home assessment, written proposal, transfer switch done right.
Remodel wiring
Kitchens, additions, garage conversions, detached shops. We coordinate with your contractor, pull the permits, and rough-in on schedule — typically $900–$2,600 per room depending on scope.
