The crew
Named after the knot that holds the load.
A timber hitch is the knot that grips harder the more you pull on it. Wes Timberhitch liked the metaphor enough to build the company around it: one reliable hold on the whole-house list, tightening with every visit.
How we work
The whole list, one call
Handyman scope done by our W-2 techs; permit-level work routed to licensed partners we schedule and stand behind. You never juggle trades.
Menus, not mysteries
Flat rates for the classics, bundle prices by list size, materials at cost with the receipt attached. Kitchen-table reveal pricing died here in 2016.
First time, 94%
First-time-fix rate is the number on the shop wall. The other 6% get the one-year warranty and a return visit without a re-visit fee.
Wes Timberhitch, owner
Twenty years of watching lists defeat homeowners.
Wes spent two decades across trades watching the same story: small jobs too small for any one trade, so they compound for years until they're big jobs. Timberhitch opened in 2016 as the answer to the list itself — one dispatcher who sorts it, one tech who arrives with the right truck, one invoice, and licensed partners on speed dial for the work that needs a license. The Hitch Plan came later, when customers started asking for prevention on purpose.
