Practice areas
Six areas. One rule: the fee in writing first.
Every matter below begins the same way — a partner consultation, a scope discussion, and an engagement letter stating the fee before any work starts. Routine matters are flat; litigation gets a written budget.
Practice details
Estate planning & wills
Complete will packages — will, financial and medical powers of attorney, directives — at a flat fee. Trust-based plans ($1,800–3,200) when assets, blended families, or probate-avoidance call for one; we tell you honestly which you need.
- Signed and notarized in-office
- Free five-year checkup on every plan
- Plain-English summaries with every document
Probate
Independent administration for most uncontested Texas estates at a flat fee — you leave the first meeting with a written roadmap and timeline. Contested matters and heirship proceedings are budgeted hourly, in writing.
Family law
Uncontested divorce at a flat fee; contested divorce, custody, and modifications billed hourly against a written budget with monthly accounting. Hard conversations, handled without theater.
Business & contracts
Formations with real operating agreements — not templates — plus contract drafting, review, and outside-counsel arrangements for small businesses that need a lawyer on call, not on payroll.
Real estate
Deeds, transfers on death, owner-finance paperwork, and contract review for buyers and sellers. Commercial transactions quoted after document review.
Civil disputes
Contract disputes, property lines, partnership breakups. We settle what should settle and try what shouldn't — and either way you get a litigation budget in writing before we file. Served with papers? The deadline is running: call today.
