The company

Built against the driveway renegotiation.

Moving earned its reputation one hostage-load at a time — the price that grows once your life is on the truck. Ansel Farewagon built the company as the counter-move: the number locks before the wheels do.

How we work

01 · BINDING

The walkthrough locks it

Fifteen minutes of video, one binding number. Forgot to show us the garage? We re-quote before loading — never after.

02 · CREWED

W-2, trained, ours

No day labor filling gaps on your move day. Crews train on our trucks, keep their routes, and start at 8am because dispatch says so and means it.

03 · PAID

Claims without combat

Under 1% of moves generate a claim — and the ones that do get paid without a fight. Fighting customers over a lamp is how you lose 400 future moves.

Ansel Farewagon, owner

He watched a mover hold a sofa hostage. Then built the opposite.

Ansel worked summers on moving crews through college and saw the trick played a dozen times: quote low, load the truck, discover complications. Farewagon opened in 2015 with the walkthrough-then-binding model, W-2 crews, and a standing rule that the truck doesn't roll until the customer has the final number in writing. Four hundred nineteen moves later, the reviews mostly say the same thing: it cost what they said it would.

  • TxDMV licensed & insured motor carrier
  • Video walkthrough → binding price, every move
  • W-2 crews, background-checked, trained on our trucks
  • Slid closings rescheduled free, once — a third of moves need it
  • Est. 2015 · 419 moves · claims under 1%, paid without a fight

Judge us by the walkthrough.

Fifteen minutes of video, one binding number, and a crew that shows up at 8am with your price already settled.
