The salon
Built on the radical idea that the quote holds.
Renata spent fifteen years behind chairs where the price grew between the consultation and the checkout. Petalwyn exists so that never happens to anyone in her book again — and the rest of the salon followed from that one rule.
How we work
Consult before foils
Color is quoted in writing after a free consult — photos count. The desk honors the chair's number, every time.
Three honest tiers
Stylist, senior, master — same standards, different years behind the chair. All three prices are public, so the choice is actually yours.
No commission bottles
Nobody here earns commission on product. Sometimes the honest answer at checkout is “your hair doesn't need anything new.”
Renata Petalwyn
Fifteen years of other people's pricing games.
Renata came up through big-box salons and boutique studios alike, and the through-line was the same: the quote was bait and the checkout was the catch. Petalwyn opened in Keller with the tier menu printed on the wall, the correction chair open to refugees from other salons, and a massage room down the hall because leaving lighter is the entire brand.
