About us
Started by two teachers who kept saying "smaller groups would fix this."
So in 2014, they built the place they kept describing: small rooms, familiar faces, doors that actually open for parents. Ten years later, the teachers stay — and so do the families.
What we believe
Small groups, by design
Our ratios (1:3 to 1:10) aren't a brochure line — they're why teachers can know every child's cues, comfort object, and knock-knock joke.
Teachers who stay
Six-year average tenure, because we pay for experience and protect planning time. Your child keeps the same faces all year.
Open-door, for real
Drop in any time — nursing moms, lunch-break dads, curious grandparents. No appointment, no heads-up needed.
Outside, every day
Rain or shine. We're a puddles-are-fine, bring-a-change-of-clothes kind of place, and we're not sorry.
Safety & licensing
The boring stuff, done obsessively.
Everything a licensing inspector checks, we check first — and a few things they don't.
- Texas HHS License #CC-2014-8812 — inspected and in good standing
- Coded-entry doors; every visitor buzzed in by a human
- Cameras in every room
- Photo-verified pickup — no code word workarounds
- Background-checked, CPR- and first-aid-certified teachers
- Fever-free 24 hours before returning; we call, never text, when a child feels off
Meet the people behind the policy.
The tour is thirty minutes. The teachers are the reason you'll stay.
