Clean details
Recurring cleaning
Weekly (~20% below one-time rates) or biweekly (~15% below, our most popular). Same team whenever humanly possible — they learn your house, your pets, and which cabinet the cat opens.

Deep cleans

Inside cabinets and drawers, inside appliances, fixtures polished, garage swept. Landlord-checklist thorough. Month-end books first — send your move date early.
Small offices
Studios, clinics, and offices under ~4,000 sq ft — after-hours or early morning, one walkthrough, then a flat monthly number and it simply happens.
Add-ons
