Intraoral photos on the screen in front of you, for everything. If a problem can't be shown to you, we talk honestly about whether it's a problem.
Written before booked
Every treatment is priced in writing — with your verified insurance applied — before it goes on the schedule. The estimate and the bill are the same document.
The hand rule
Raise a hand and everything stops — mid-filling, mid-cleaning, mid-anything. It has been the rule since day one and it has never once been broken.
