Founded in 2011 by a former commercial controls engineer who got tired of watching homeowners buy parts they didn't need. The fix: measure everything, quote flat, and pay techs salaries instead of commissions.
We measure first
Static pressure, superheat, subcool, delta-T — every diagnosis starts with numbers, and you get the readings on your invoice. Opinions are cheap; measurements aren't wrong.
Flat quote, then work
The price is agreed before the first panel comes off. If we find something different mid-job, work stops and we re-quote. The invoice matching the quote isn't a slogan — it's the whole business model.
Salary, not commission
Our techs earn nothing extra for selling you a compressor. So when a Kelbrook tech says "repair it, this system has years left," that's the measurement talking.
