AC repair
Warm air, short cycling, iced coils, tripped breakers, mystery noises. A Kelbrook tech arrives with gauges, meters, and the seven parts that fix 80% of Texas AC failures — so most repairs finish the same visit. The $89 diagnostic is credited to any repair we do.

AC replacement & installation
When a repair quote crosses a third of replacement cost on a 12+ year system, we show you the math both ways and let you decide. New systems are sized with a Manual J load calculation on your actual house — square footage, windows, insulation, ducts — never the old unit's sticker.

Heating & furnaces
North Texas winters are short but they don't negotiate. We repair ignition faults, blower failures, and short cycling; every furnace visit includes a heat-exchanger inspection and CO check, because that part isn't optional.

Heat pumps
One system that cools in August and heats in January — and in our climate, usually for less money than gas. We'll model your operating costs both ways with your actual usage before you commit to anything.

Ductwork & indoor air quality
Leaky ducts steal up to 30% of the air you paid to cool — and dusty rooms, uneven temperatures, and allergy flare-ups usually trace back to them. We measure first, then seal, balance, and filter until the numbers say it's fixed.

The Comfort Club

How fast can you get here?
Inside our Arlington core, average arrival is under 40 minutes for emergencies and same-day for most repairs booked before 2pm.
Do you charge more at night?
After-hours emergency visits carry a $70 dispatch premium — waived entirely for Comfort Club members. The repair quote itself is the same flat price, day or night.
Repair or replace — how do you decide?
The ⅓ rule: if the repair costs more than a third of a right-sized replacement on a 12+ year system, we show you both quotes and the 5-year operating math. Your call, zero pressure — our techs aren't on commission.
What brands do you install?
We install major-brand equipment we can get parts for in 24 hours, and we'll happily service whatever you already own.
Is financing available?
Yes — 24 to 60 month terms on replacements for approved customers. Ask for current rates with your quote.
Can I get an estimate without a visit?
