The work
Five kinds of work. One rule: drawn and ranged first.
Every project below starts with a range in writing and — for anything built — a scaled drawing you approve before a shovel moves. Gardens are emotional purchases; the numbers shouldn't be.
Work details
Design & build
Full-yard transformation: concept, scaled plan, plant palette, materials, phasing, and our own crews building it. HOA packets included. Big budgets get honest phasing — the garden can grow in chapters.
- Design 1–2 weeks; builds start 3–5 weeks out
- One designer owns your project end to end
- Budget range in writing before design begins
Planting & beds
Bed refreshes, new borders, screening, and pollinator gardens — native and adapted palettes layered for four-season structure. Everything planted carries the one-year replacement warranty.
Patios & hardscape
Stone patios, walkways, seat walls, pergolas, and fire features. You approve a scaled drawing with materials specced — never a paragraph with allowances hiding in it.
Irrigation & drainage
Irrigation installs and rebuilds led by a TDA-licensed irrigator; French drains, dry creeks, and regrading that move water where it belongs. Standing-water photos welcome with your booking.
Seasonal care plans
We don't mow — we tend. Pruning, bed care, seasonal color, irrigation checks, and spring/fall resets on a schedule tuned to your garden's size. It's how the work keeps looking designed in year three.
