Treatments

Six treatments. One rule: identify before treating.

Every service below starts with species identification — because the right treatment for the wrong bug is just an invoice. Prices are published; the warranty is the plan.

$35–$55/MO · BILLED QUARTERLY

Quarterly protection

The Texas regulars — ants, roaches (non-German), spiders, scorpions, reachable wasps, silverfish, crickets — handled exterior-first every quarter. Anything covered breaks through between visits? Free re-treat, same week, no debate.

  • Exterior-first; targeted interior only when needed
  • Re-treat rate last month: 3 of 214 homes
  • No annual contract — quarterly means quarterly
$145–$260 · 30-DAY WARRANTY

One-time treatments

A single targeted treatment for a single identified problem, no contract. We'll say honestly when one visit fixes it — and when what you're describing is a quarterly problem wearing a one-time disguise.

INSPECTION $75 · TREATMENT $800–$1,800

Termites

Inspections produce a written photo report — active, inactive, or clear — and the $75 credits toward any treatment. Treatments are liquid-barrier or bait-system by structure, warrantied, and never sold off a phone description.

$85–$135/MO · MARCH–OCTOBER

Mosquito season

Breeding-site elimination plus barrier treatment every three weeks. Honest scope: your yard stops being the buffet; the species does not go extinct. Anyone promising extinction is selling weather.

EXCLUSION $350–$900

Rodent exclusion

Entry points found, sealed, and warrantied; interior trapping until the attic goes quiet. Poison-first is how you get a smell in a wall — we solve the building, not just the mouse.

$250–$450 · TWO VISITS

German roach protocol

Gel baiting plus growth regulators across two targeted visits, with a prep sheet that matters. Follow it and the colony collapses; sprays alone just teach them to hide better.

Not sure what you're dealing with?

Photo IDs are free — attach the suspect to your booking and the entomology lead takes a look before the truck rolls.
