Training

Five ways to train. Zero ways to get upsold.

Every option below is month to month with the price public. The right one depends on how you actually train — the free first session helps you pick, and the coach's answer is sometimes the cheaper one.

Training details

$119–$159/MO

Coached classes

Strength and conditioning programmed in 8-week blocks, classes capped at 14 so the coach actually coaches. 3×/week at $119, unlimited at $159. Your log lives in the app; the programming reads it.

  • 5/6am, noon, 4:30–7:30pm weekdays; weekend mornings
  • Every movement scaled — cranky knees welcome
  • Saturday team WOD is the social one
$49/MO

Open gym

12 racks, 6 platforms, dumbbells to 150, sleds, turf lane, air bikes. Peak evenings run a 45-minute rack board — it keeps things civil and nobody has ever fought about it twice.

$99 — CREDITED TO MONTH ONE

Foundations

The beginner front door: four small-group sessions covering the main lifts, the machines, and how the room works. New cohort every Monday. Half the membership started exactly here — it's designed to make day 30 feel normal.

$65–$90/SESSION

Personal training

Packs of 8 or 12 with a goal review every pack. Programming comes off your log and your life — the coach knows about your desk job and your bad shoulder because they asked.

FLAT PER BLOCK

Teams & athletes

Off-season blocks for 6+ athletes with dedicated floor time and their own programming. Football and volleyball groups are the regulars; the coach call scopes it and the quote is flat.

$15/DAY · $39/WEEK

Drop-ins

Visiting? Drop in, log your lifts, use the chalk. Local and dropping in weekly? The front desk will do the arithmetic out loud until you join.

Not sure which fits?

The estimator prices every path by how you'll actually train — twenty seconds, no email, no sales floor.
