Runs dispatch and still takes the hard diagnostic calls. If your leak has stumped two other companies, it ends up on Sam's board.
About us
Quote the whole price before the work starts, and fix it right the first visit. Everything else about Pemrick grew out of that.
Pemrick started in 2009 with one used van and a lot of opinions about how plumbing companies treat people. Sam had spent a decade running service calls for a big outfit where the real job was upselling. Eli was finishing his master license and refused to work that way.
So they wrote down the rule: the customer hears the whole price before we touch a wrench, and the price doesn't move — even when the job fights back. The first year that rule cost them money. Every year since, it's the reason customers call back and neighbors get referred.
Today Pemrick runs four trucks out of the shop on Foundry Row. Every plumber on the team is licensed — we've never subbed out a job and never will. The van is newer. The rule is the same.
Workshop rules
Your floors were clean before we arrived. They'll be clean after — drop cloths under every work area, shop vac before we leave.
You get the real diagnosis in plain English — what broke, why, and what happens if you wait. Then you decide.
If we misjudged the job, we eat the difference. You will never hear "it turned out to be more" from a Pemrick plumber.
You get a two-hour window and a text when we're 30 minutes out. If we're late, the service fee is waived — no asking.
Our plumbers are paid for good work, not for selling you a water heater you don't need. Nobody's chasing a quota in your hallway.
Every job ends with photos of the finished work, tested under pressure, and the old parts shown to you — not spirited away.
