Fixtures & installs

Small jobs, done like they matter. Because they do.

A dripping faucet or a rocking toilet won't flood the house — it'll just annoy you every single day. We treat fixture work with full-job seriousness: flat quote, clean install, pressure test, and the box leaves with us.

Sound familiar?

The little things that add up.

The drip you've learned to ignore

A steady faucet drip wastes ~3,000 gallons a year and announces itself every quiet evening. Fifteen minutes of our day, years of your peace.

A toilet that runs or rocks

Running wastes water; rocking wrecks the wax seal and, eventually, the floor under it. Both are quick, permanent fixes.

The disposal hums or reeks

A hum means a jam or dead motor; a smell means the splash guard is done. We repair when honest, replace when smarter.

You bought it, it's in the garage

That beautiful faucet from the internet, still in its box? Bring-your-own-fixture installs are welcome — we'll tell you if it's junk first.

Water tastes like the pipes

Under-sink or whole-home filtration, sized to your actual water report rather than a sales brochure.

New range, no gas line

Licensed gas connections with pressure testing — the appliance store's 'guy' is not the answer here.

What we do

In by appointment, out with the packaging.

Every install pressure-tested and cleaned up like Rule 01 demands.

  • Faucets & sinks: kitchen, bath, and bar — including your own fixtures, honestly assessed first
  • Toilets & bidet seats: set true, sealed right, old unit hauled away
  • Disposals: repair or replacement, correctly sized and quieter than the one that died
  • Water filtration: under-sink or whole-home, matched to Fort Worth's actual water
  • Supply lines & angle stops: the $6 parts that cause $6,000 floods — replaced proactively
  • Gas appliance connections: ranges, dryers, grills — licensed and pressure-tested
1 · Flat quote

Price confirmed before the wrench comes out — even on small jobs.

2 · Clean install

Drop cloth down, spec-checked, set true, sealed right.

3 · Tested & gone

Pressure-tested, wiped down, packaging and old parts hauled away.

Quick answers

Fixtures and installs, answered straight.

Will you install a fixture I bought myself?

Gladly. We'll give it a quick honesty check first — some internet bargains cost more in callbacks than they saved at checkout — then install it with the same warranty on our labor.

Is a plumber overkill for a faucet?

The faucet, maybe. The corroded shutoff valve that snaps when an amateur leans on it — that's why we're not overkill. Small installs go wrong at the connections, and connections are the job.

Do you charge a service fee for small jobs?

One flat visit fee that's folded into the work if you proceed. Batching helps: that faucet, the running toilet, and the wobbly disposal make one efficient visit instead of three.

Which fixtures do you recommend?

Brands we're happy to warranty: the ones whose cartridges and parts will still exist in ten years. We'll happily talk you out of anything we keep having to replace.
