Emergency plumbing — 24/7

A plumber answers. At 2am. That's the whole promise.

No answering service, no callback queue. The emergency line rings a licensed Pemrick plumber who talks you through the shut-off while a truck rolls — typically at your door inside the hour, anywhere in our response ring.

Sound familiar?

Call now — walk to the shut-off while it rings.

Burst or split pipe

Shut the main (we'll guide you to it), open a low faucet to drain pressure, and stay on the line. Minutes matter; panic doesn't help — we've got you.

Sewage backing up

Stop using ALL water — every flush upstairs arrives in the tub downstairs. This is a health issue; we treat it like one.

No water at all

Sudden total loss can be a main break on your side of the meter. We'll help you check before you wait on the city.

Water heater leaking hot

Scalding water and pressure in a failing tank. We'll walk you through the cold-inlet shut-off and the breaker/gas valve safely.

Gas smell near appliances

Leave first, call 911 and the gas utility from outside. We handle the plumbing repair after the utility makes it safe — never before.

Ceiling bulging with water

Poke a controlled drain hole into a bucket (yes, really — it prevents a collapse) and shut the main. We're on the way.

What we do

Stabilize now. Fix flat. Never surge-priced.

Night rates exist and are quoted flat up front — panic pricing doesn't.

  • Within the hour: typical arrival inside our west Fort Worth response ring
  • Stabilize first: stop the water, protect the house, dry-out referrals if needed
  • Flat repair quote: the permanent fix priced in writing before you approve it — 2am or 2pm

  • Insurance documentation: photos and cause-of-loss written up while it's fresh

Quick answers

Emergencies, answered straight.

Do you really answer at 3am?

A licensed plumber on our own bench answers — that's Rosa's shift design, and it's the reason half our reviews mention the phone. If you've reached voicemail, you've called someone else.

What does emergency service cost?

An after-hours dispatch fee we state on the phone before anyone rolls, then a flat written quote for the repair itself — same book prices as daytime. Surge pricing is for rideshares.

Where is my main shut-off?

Usually at the meter box near the curb or where the line enters the house. Can't find it at 2am? That's literally why we answer the phone — we'll find it together. (Find it this weekend anyway. Sixty calm seconds now beats sixty panicked ones later.)

Should I call you or my insurance first?

Us. Stop the water first, always — insurers expect you to mitigate. We document everything (photos, moisture readings, cause of loss) so your claim starts strong.
