Terms of Service

Quotes & pricing

All work is quoted flat-rate, in writing, before it begins. The approved quote is the final price for the described scope. If additional, genuinely separate problems are discovered, they are quoted separately and proceed only with your approval.

Scheduling

Appointments carry a two-hour arrival window with a 30-minutes-out notification. If we miss the window, the standard service visit fee is waived.

Warranty

Repairs carry a two-year written warranty on parts and labor, in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty service requires reasonable access to the original work.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless financing terms were arranged in advance. We accept major cards, checks, and bank transfer.

Liability & safety

We are licensed (TX Master Plumber M-40188), insured, and bonded. Work areas are protected and restored per our workshop rules. Pre-existing conditions discovered during work are documented and communicated before anything proceeds.
