Should I repair or replace?
Under 8 years old with a single failed part, repair usually wins. Past 10 years — or with a leaking tank, which can't be repaired — replacement is almost always the honest answer. We quote both flat and show you the math for your unit.
Can you really do it the same day?
Usually. The trucks stock common 40- and 50-gallon sizes; call before noon and you'll likely have hot water by evening. Tankless conversions are scheduled projects with a firm date.
Tank or tankless?
Tankless costs more up front and earns it for households that run out of hot water or want the closet back. A quality tank is cheaper and simpler. We size for your real usage — and we'll say plainly if tankless isn't worth it for your house.
What does a replacement cost?
It depends on size, fuel, and what code requires at your house — which is exactly why we quote flat, in writing, before work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay, including the code items other quotes conveniently leave off.
